After many months of rebuilding, planning and hard work behind the scenes, we’re delighted to announce that The Warehouse Taproom, Bar & Restaurant in Setchey, near King’s Lynn, will soon be reopening its doors.
Following the fire that forced us to close, it’s been a long journey to get to this point. We’re incredibly grateful for the patience and support we’ve received throughout the rebuild, and we’re excited to welcome people back into the restaurant finally.
Rather than jumping straight into full service, we’ll be reopening with a soft launch. This gives our team the opportunity to settle back into the restaurant, fine-tune day-to-day operations and ensure everything is running smoothly before we expand our offering further.
What does the soft launch mean
To begin with, guests will be able to enjoy a selection of cakes, light bites and sandwiches as well as a range of teas, coffees, soft drinks, beer and wine in the relaxed surroundings of The Warehouse. Whether you’re meeting friends for a catch-up, taking a break whilst visiting the antiques centre, or simply stopping in for a drink, we’re looking forward to bringing people back together in the space once again.
The Warehouse has always been a place where people can slow down, spend time together and enjoy everything the site has to offer. From browsing the antiques centre to exploring the drinks available at Beers of Europe, the restaurant has long been part of the wider Warehouse experience, and we’re excited to see it become a hub of activity once again.
The future of The Warehouse
Over the coming weeks, we’ll continue developing our offering as the restaurant settles back into daily life. Our phased reopening will also allow our new front-of-house team to gain confidence and experience, helping us deliver the welcoming atmosphere and service that customers have come to expect.
The support we’ve received since the fire has been truly overwhelming. From customers and traders to staff, friends and the wider West Norfolk community, every message of encouragement has helped keep us moving forward.
This soft launch marks the start of an exciting new chapter for The Warehouse Taproom, Bar & Restaurant. There is still more to come, but for now we’re simply looking forward to opening the doors once again and welcoming familiar faces back.
