OKTOBERFEST IS COMING TO SETCHEY (Again!)
Oktoberfest is the highlight of the year for every beer enthusiast. Picture steins brimming with classic German Oktoberfest brews, the enticing aroma of pretzels, and an atmosphere alive with music and merriment. The only drawback? Typically, you’d need to journey all the way to Germany. But what if you didn’t have to?
The Warehouse Taproom will be holding a second Oktoberfest UK on Friday 4th and Saturday 5th of October, from 6pm to 11.30pm with our own interpretation of authentic German food, live music and of course beer.
German Food, Drinks & Entertainment
You can expect Bratwurst, Pretzels and other German-themed meals from our restaurant, to be paired with a German lager Tap Takeover in the Taproom. Genuine Oktoberfest beer from Munich’s Biggest Breweries will be directly imported for the event, something no other UK Oktoberfest has the capacity to do!

The 189th Annual oktoberfest
Later this year, just outside Munich, the world’s biggest beer festival will celebrate its 189th outing.
It is held on the Theresienwiese, or Therese meadow, named after Princess Therese whose marriage to King Ludwig I started the annual tradition in 1810. In attendance are the Munich big six breweries, Augustiner, Hacker-Pschorr, Hofbrau, Lowenbrau, Paulaner and Spaten, who all brew a seasonal beer, especially for Oktoberfest. The event attracts over 6 million people over the 2-week period and inspires many “Mocktoberfests” around the world.
